Our extensive experience, entrepreneurial outlook and wide skill set allows us to drive value add for our retained clients across a wide range of asset types, from core to opportunistic. We have a principal’s mindset to drive forward business plans and add value, but our relationship with our clients is as an adviser and we enable the client to make the key decisions.

  • Strategic overview on an asset or portfolio basis, including market trends and timing

  • Business planning
  • Debt origination and bank reporting
  • Selection and oversight of managing agents to ensure customer service for occupiers is run to a high standard and rent and service charge collection is on time
  • Recommending and managing other service providers to deliver services where appropriate, including managing agents, leasing agents, rent review specialists and refurbishment teams
  • Building strong occupier relationships to target long term retention and value add lease restructuring
  • Managing lettings and rent reviews
  • Rolling floor by floor refurbishments and common part upgrades
  • Major refurbishments
  • Client reporting on activity and financial returns with reference to the business plan, ensuring that we recommend strategy updates to maximise value where appropriate
