In June 2022, on behalf of Whitbread Plc, Capital Real Estate Partners successfully disposed of the investment opportunity known as Zinc, 68-86 Farringdon Road, EC1.
The opportunity totalled 27,753 sq ft of best-in-class office space and ancillary retail space. With a practical completion date in April 2023, the asset was marketed on a forward commitment basis.
Capital Real Estate Partners secured the transaction, following a targeted marketing process, with a private European investor at a purchase price of £39.75m.
