Capital Real Estate Partners are the asset managers for a mixed-use portfolio owned by a high net worth individual. Since 2017, Capital Real Estate Partners have been building, and continue to build, a diversified portfolio with a focus on long term defensive assets in the south east of England.

The portfolio is now let to 23 tenants and has a WAULT of approximately 8.5 years to expiry and 6.6 years to break, a significant improvement since the acquisition of these investments.
