Seal House

We advised The Fishmongers' Company on the redevelopment of Seal House, adjacent to Fishmongers' Hall and fronting the River Thames. The land is owned by The Fishmongers' Company and we restructured an existing headlease with MiddleCap (the existing headlessee) to facilitate a 140,000 sq ft new build high quality commercial office scheme. Work is expected to commence on site shortly.
