Royal Arcade is a Grade II listed Victorian retail arcade, linking Old Bond Street with Albemarle Street. Acting on behalf of the long leaseholder, Capital Real Estate Partners successfully negotiated a restructuring and extension of the long leasehold interest and provided strategic advice on improving the tenant mix and income profile.
