Prowting Family Portfolio

Capital Real Estate Partners are the asset managers for a Trust run on behalf of the Prowting family. Since 2018, Capital Real Estate Partners have been asset managing the portfolio and have concluded transactions in excess of £65m.

The investment strategy has been moving away from highly management intensive assets to long, secure and defensive assets de-risking the portfolio for future successors of the Trust management.
