London Road Retail Park, Southend

On behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall, in 2022 Capital Real Estate Partners acquired London Road Retail Park in Southend off-market for £18m.

The park consists of 70,000 sq ft of accommodation over a 5.33 acre site and is let to four tenants. The WAULT (Weighted Average Unexpired Lease Term) across the park had 13.6 years to expiries and 9.7 years to tenants’ breaks on the let space.
