Acting on behalf of the freeholder, the Crown Estate, Capital Real Estate Partners advised on the headlease restructure of the London Business School’s premises at Regents Park. This permitted the school to undertake a comprehensive upgrade of the existing school premises and also comprised a restructure of the key commercial terms of the headlease.
