We have advised Linklaters LLP on a long term basis on their occupational strategy for their London based global headquarters. In preparation for a lease expiry, we worked with Linklaters and their professional team to review, advise and short list various options for a relocation, alongside assessing the potential to restructure the leases at Linklaters' existing building. On finalising the strategy, we then led the pre-letting commercial negotiations at heads of terms and legal drafting stages to secure Linklaters' preferred solution to move to a building to be newly constructed at 20 Ropemaker Street, providing c.350,000 sq ft for Linklaters' Global Headquarters. Practical completion is due late 2023.
