Haymarket House is a 123,000 sq ft art deco office and retail freehold investment, prominently located on the north eastern edge of St James’s, London’s most exclusive office market.

On behalf of the UK’s largest REIT, Land Securities PLC, Capital Real Estate Partners undertook an international marketing campaign, with Hermes and CPP acquiring the asset in joint venture for over £150m.
