The 1960s iconic Seifert designed podium and tower building in London’s Covent Garden district was set to become vacant in 2019 and offered a major refurbishment and re-positioning opportunity.

On behalf of Seaforth Land, funded by Quadreal, Capital Real Estate Partners originated the opportunity off market and managed the pre-purchase due diligence to close the transaction for £165 million.
