Bloomberg Place is a 750,000 sq ft iconic Foster & Partners designed groundbreaking headquarters building for Bloomberg in the heart of the City of London.

Capital Real Estate Partners were mandated by a UK institution, Legal & General, to sell the freehold, subject to a ground lease to Bloomberg of this 3.2 acre site. M&G, another UK institution, acquired the ground lease in excess of the £92.5 million guide price.
