Aldermary House is a leasehold, multi-let, 62,000 sq ft investment in the heart of the City of London.
On behalf of Columbus Capital and British Airways Pension Fund, Capital Real Estate Partners undertook a marketing campaign and sold the units in the corporate vehicle which owned the leasehold to Quintain, a UK privately owned property company, for £40 million.
