Capital Real Estate Partners’ role on behalf of an overseas private client included:
- Advising on the strategy for lease up of the vacant office floor and managing the agents during the lease up process.
- Considering options for upgrading the reception and arrival experience and implementing the works.
- Appointing and overseeing the managing agents for the property.
- Undertaking a discrete marketing campaign and selling the shares in the corporate vehicle which owned the property for c. £270 million.
