25 North Colonnade

25 North Colonnade is a Grade A, 362,000 sq ft office building in the Canary Wharf Estate, a leading global financial centre. The property was let to the UK financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) until 2018 with a refurbishment and reletting opportunity post the FCA lease expiry.

Capital Real Estate Partners carried out a marketing campaign on behalf of Hudson Advisers and sold the shares in the corporate vehicle which owned the building to Blackstone for £165 million.
